The table below is just a rough approximation of the correct lenght for your specific case.
What count is that the lenght of your sword must be such that allow you to execute a proper nuki tsuke and a correct noto .
For NUKI TSUKE: when your right arm is streched and your body has the right posture (your spine must be vertical and your head too) your left hand being correctly around the koikugi, then the boshi must be at the koikugi, so that pulling your left hand back the kissaki can get our of the saya without touching the koikugi (and thus your left hand).
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE FOR THE CHOICE OF YOUR SWORD LENGHT.
You see that this as nothing to do with you height, which is just used for a rough estimation.
